Facebook group launched
Recently ARPA Canada led a successful information evening in Vernon, BC. The audience was shocked to learn of recent developments in our public school system including the Corren Agreement. They decided to start a facebook group called “Corren Agreement – BC sells out BC childrens’ education” to voice their concerns.
While a facebook group does not in itself affect any immediate change, it is a great way to spread the word. A number of people have posted links to different websites including “Take back our Schools”. If you are a member of facebook consider joining this group and inviting your friends as well.
